Though Pencilmation is steadily growing, it currently produces no income for its creator, and on average, Ross devotes three weeks of full time work to create each episode. From time to time he has to satiate bodily necessities such as eating food and drinking beer which unfortunately costs money. For him to get money, he’s got to work which means spending less time making Pencilmations. Eventually Ross hopes to expand his team, but at the moment he is operating a one man band.
